Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive rapid market penetration and revenue growth in the Philippines.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of account executives and sales representatives.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and lead qualification to closing complex enterprise partnerships.
- Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, including SME business owners, retail partners, and industry influencers.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and performance metrics to optimize sales operations and territory management.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to refine local market messaging and product fit.
- Meet and exceed aggressive quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the fintech, SaaS, or payment solutions industry.
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful sales teams from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine SME landscape and digital payment ecosystem.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales performance analytics.
