We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Head of Sales to spearhead the expansion of our Electric Vehicle (EV) Refrigerated Truck operations on a global scale. In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our Cold Chain and ACMV (Air Conditioning, Mechanical and Ventilation) business units. You will define the overarching sales strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders to position our brand as a leader in sustainable logistics.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive global sales strategy for EV refrigerated trucks and Cold Chain solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve aggressive revenue targets and KPIs.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within the ACMV and logistics sectors.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Conduct market analysis to stay ahead of trends in green logistics, refrigeration technology, and competitive landscapes.
- Collaborate closely with technical product teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs.
- Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Represent the company at major industry conferences and networking events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the Automotive, Logistics, or HVAC/ACMV industry.
- Strong background in Cold Chain logistics and Refrigerated Transport is essential.
- Deep understanding of EV technologies and their application in commercial transport.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies and business development plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Relevant degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment with a results-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required.
