- Develop and execute the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the Singapore market.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of sales professionals to exceed regional revenue targets.
- Own the full sales lifecycle, from high-level strategic prospecting to complex contract negotiations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Represent Adyen as a thought leader in the APAC payments ecosystem at industry events and executive forums.
- Maintain deep market insights to anticipate competitive threats and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making through rigorous pipeline management and CRM oversight.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within Fintech, SaaS, or Payment Service Providers (PSP).
- Proven track record of leadership and scaling commercial teams in the Singapore or APAC region.
- Deep understanding of the payments landscape, including acquiring, POS, and digital commerce.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and collaborative organizational culture.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in sales forecasting and territory planning.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
