- Develop and implement comprehensive B2B sales strategies for BPOM-certified Korean cosmetics wholesale channel
- Source, import, and manage distribution of Korean cosmetic products ensuring regulatory compliance
- Build and maintain relationships with key wholesale buyers, distributors, and retail partners
- Expand brand catalogue by onboarding new Korean cosmetics brands meeting BPOM standards
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales team to achieve quarterly and annual growth targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities
- Optimize supply chain logistics and inventory management for wholesale operations
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop B2B promotional campaigns and loyalty programs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 7+ years experience in B2B sales with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven track record building wholesale/distribution networks in cosmetics or FMCG
- Expert knowledge of Korean cosmetics industry, BPOM regulations, and import procedures
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure supplier contracts and B2B partnerships
- Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth in competitive markets
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia with cross-cultural business communication skills
- Strategic thinker with data-driven approach to sales forecasting and market expansion
