Tanggung Jawab
- Provide visionary leadership and strategic direction to ensure the school achieves its mission of academic excellence and character formation.
- Oversee the development and implementation of a rigorous, innovative, and holistic curriculum.
- Recruit, mentor, and retain highly qualified faculty and staff, fostering a collaborative and professional learning community.
- Manage the school's budget, financial planning, and operational resources to ensure sustainable growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, and the wider community in Karawaci and Banten.
- Ensure compliance with national education standards and accreditation requirements.
- Drive enrollment growth through effective marketing, admissions strategies, and community outreach.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or higher in Education Administration, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive leadership experience in a school setting, preferably as a Principal or Head of School.
- Proven track record of improving student outcomes and implementing successful academic programs.
- Strong financial acumen and experience in school operations and budget management.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to character education, holistic student development, and faith-based values.
- Experience in strategic planning, change management, and organizational development.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
