- Develop and implement strategic vision for the School of IT aligned with industry trends and institutional goals
- Lead curriculum innovation, accreditation processes, and academic program development
- Mentor and develop faculty through professional development and performance management
- Forge industry partnerships for internships, research collaborations, and graduate placements
- Oversee budget allocation, resource management, and operational efficiency
- Drive student engagement initiatives, industry projects, and alumni relations
- Represent the School in university committees and external stakeholder forums
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in higher education with 5+ years in academic leadership
- Proven track record in curriculum development and program accreditation
- Strong industry connections and experience in tech sector partnerships
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with budget management and operational oversight
- Record of research publications or industry innovation contributions
- Understanding of Malaysian education regulatory framework
