Join Google as the Head of SEAS Partnerships, Global Partnerships, SellSide Monetization and lead our strategic initiatives in Southeast Asia. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing high-value partnerships that drive revenue growth and expand our market presence. You will lead a dedicated team of partnership professionals, developing and executing strategies that align with Google's broader business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the tech industry, with a proven track record of developing and managing strategic partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Engineering to ensure that our partnerships deliver maximum value to both Google and our partners. This role requires a dynamic leader who can navigate complex business landscapes and identify new opportunities for growth.
As a key member of the Global Partnerships team, you will play a crucial role in shaping Google's partnership strategy in the region. You will be expected to stay ahead of industry trends and leverage your network to identify potential partners that align with Google's vision and values. - Lead and manage the SEAS (Southeast Asia) Partnerships team, setting clear objectives and driving performance
- Develop and execute partnership strategies that align with Google's business goals in the region
- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with potential strategic partners across various industries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of partnership initiatives
- Drive revenue growth through innovative partnership models and monetization strategies
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new partnership opportunities
- Represent Google at industry events and conferences, building the company's brand presence
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 10 years of experience in partnership development, business development, or sales
- Proven track record of building and managing strategic partnerships in the tech industry
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of digital advertising, technology, and partnership monetization models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a complex business environment
- Fluency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language is highly desirable
