Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead and manage daily front-of-house operations for both restaurant and pool area.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to ensure consistent quality and hospitality standards.
  • Monitor and maintain operational budgets, including inventory control and waste reduction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve service complaints promptly.
  • Coordinate between kitchen and service departments to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Oversee health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all service touchpoints.
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements to enhance revenue and service efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in F&B leadership or restaurant management.
  • Strong understanding of POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multicultural teams in a hospitality setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Certification in food safety or hospitality management is an advantage.
