Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily front-of-house operations for both restaurant and pool area.
- Train, mentor, and supervise service staff to ensure consistent quality and hospitality standards.
- Monitor and maintain operational budgets, including inventory control and waste reduction.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve service complaints promptly.
- Coordinate between kitchen and service departments to ensure smooth service flow.
- Oversee health, safety, and sanitation protocols across all service touchpoints.
- Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements to enhance revenue and service efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in F&B leadership or restaurant management.
- Strong understanding of POS systems and inventory management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage multicultural teams in a hospitality setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible scheduling availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- Certification in food safety or hospitality management is an advantage.
