Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for shared services to support organizational scaling and long-term business goals.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary teams across HR, IT, Finance, and Administration to ensure departmental alignment and high performance.
- Design, implement, and optimize standardized processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery consistency.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) for all internal support functions.
- Manage the shared services budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial accountability.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify growth opportunities and mitigate operational risks.
- Drive initiatives aimed at enhancing the employee experience and maintaining a positive, productive organizational culture.
- Oversee compliance with local labor laws, data privacy regulations, and corporate governance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- At least 8-10 years of experience in Shared Services, BPO Operations, or Corporate Management.
- Proven track record of success in a senior leadership role, managing diverse teams and complex projects.
- Strong expertise in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean) and organizational development.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Philippine business landscape, including labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations in a fast-growing environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making and performance optimization.
