Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end mining operations including planning, execution, and monitoring of extraction activities
- Manage site budget, P&L performance, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental standards
- Lead and develop site teams through performance management and training programs
- Implement operational efficiency improvements and technological innovations
- Coordinate with corporate stakeholders for strategic alignment and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for site services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years mining experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in P&L management and operational budget oversight
- Strong technical knowledge of open-pit/c underground mining methods
- Advanced certification in Mine Safety Management (e.g., SMR, First Aid)
- Experience with Indonesian mining regulations and permitting processes
- Exceptional leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in mining software and data analytics tools
