As the leader of the SMB and Apps team, you will manage a diverse portfolio of sales initiatives, fostering a culture of innovation and customer-centric excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, develop scalable go-to-market strategies, and drive the adoption of cutting-edge Google technologies. Your leadership will directly influence the success of our clients and the broader market presence of Google in the region.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share for SMB clients in the Singapore region.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key enterprise and SMB accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to tailor Project-Specific Apps (PSA) solutions to meet specific client needs and industry trends.
- Analyze market data and competitive intelligence to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the cloud and app space.
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing major deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams to expand market reach.
Kualifikasi
- 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully selling complex SaaS or cloud-based solutions to SMB markets.
- Strong understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem and the ability to articulate the value proposition of PSA solutions.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable business plans and operational tactics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.
