Join Easy Speed International Logistics as Head of Southeast Asia Airfreight Operations and lead our strategic initiatives in one of the world's most dynamic logistics markets. This senior leadership role requires you to oversee end-to-end airfreight operations across Southeast Asia, driving efficiency, innovation, and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. You'll be instrumental in shaping our regional logistics strategy, optimizing supply chains, and expanding our market presence while ensuring compliance with international aviation regulations.
As a key member of our executive team, you'll collaborate with global partners, airline carriers, and customs authorities to develop scalable solutions that meet evolving industry demands. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in logistics leadership and a deep understanding of Southeast Asia's unique commercial landscape, enabling us to maintain our competitive edge in the airfreight sector.

- Develop and execute comprehensive airfreight strategies across Southeast Asia markets
- Lead, mentor, and optimize regional logistics operations teams
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines, freight forwarders, and key clients
- Ensure regulatory compliance with IATA, CAAS, and regional customs requirements
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and technology integration
- Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams
- Manage P&L responsibilities for regional airfreight operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years in airfreight/logistics with 5+ years in senior management
- Proven expertise in Southeast Asia airfreight operations and regulations
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 15+
- Deep knowledge of IATA regulations, CAAS compliance, and customs procedures
- Advanced proficiency in logistics management systems and data analytics
- Excellent strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
