Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of sports facilities, including maintenance, staffing, and resource allocation
- Develop and implement strategic plans for venue growth, revenue generation, and community engagement
- Manage and mentor a team of operations staff, ensuring high performance and professional development
- Coordinate and execute sports events, tournaments, and community programs
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sports organizations, sponsors, and community leaders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and operational protocols
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Develop and manage budgets for venue operations, ensuring financial sustainability
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in sports venue operations or facility management
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operations
- Strong understanding of sports industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Experience in event planning and execution for sports facilities
- Financial management skills, including budgeting and revenue optimization
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
