- Lead end-to-end development and execution of strategic initiatives aligned with corporate vision and growth objectives
- Drive cross-functional collaboration between departments to ensure seamless implementation of high-impact projects
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decisions
- Design and optimize operational frameworks for scaling business units across APAC markets
- Partner with finance to build robust business cases and ROI models for new ventures
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board and executive stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- Advanced degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or executive leadership
- Proven track record leading complex initiatives in tech/e-commerce or food delivery industry
- Expertise in market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic planning frameworks
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with C-suite experience
- Strong understanding of APAC markets and digital ecosystem dynamics
- Fluency in English with proficiency in at least one regional language
