Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute the overarching corporate strategy for the Indonesian market, ensuring alignment with global HQ objectives.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, including compliance policies, risk management protocols, and internal controls.
- Lead strategic planning cycles, providing actionable insights to the Board and executive leadership team.
- Act as the primary liaison between local operations and the Korean headquarters, fostering seamless collaboration.
- Drive organizational design initiatives, setting up operational excellence standards from the ground up.
- Monitor regulatory developments in the Indonesian financial services sector and ensure the organization stays ahead of compliance mandates.
- Lead cross-functional task forces to execute market expansion projects and new product roll-outs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 10-12 years of experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, or governance roles within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated experience in market entry, greenfield projects, or significant organizational restructuring.
- Deep understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and OJK requirements.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-level strategy.
- Strong communication skills, with professional proficiency in English; proficiency in Korean is a significant advantage.
- Proven track record of managing multi-stakeholder environments and driving cross-departmental success.
