Join KJA Summit Food as our Head of Supply Chain and lead transformative initiatives in our manufacturing and logistics operations. - Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee procurement, logistics, inventory management, and distribution operations
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Analyze supply chain metrics to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for maximum value
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and product availability
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain processes
- Prepare and present supply chain performance reports to senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of supply chain experience with 3+ years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in food safety compliance and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in supply chain management software
- Experience in cost optimization and inventory reduction strategies
- Excellent vendor negotiation and relationship management abilities
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) preferred
- Advanced knowledge of logistics operations and distribution networks
