Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize costs and maximize operational efficiency.
- Oversee daily manufacturing and logistics operations, ensuring all targets are met within budget and on schedule.
- Manage end-to-end procurement, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution networks.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire cross-functional teams to foster a high-performance work environment.
- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
- Collaborate with senior management to align supply chain activities with overall business development goals.
- Ensure full compliance with industry safety standards, government regulations, and quality protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or plant management roles.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale manufacturing operations or complex distribution networks.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing diverse, multi-departmental teams.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced supply chain modeling tools.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malay to interface with internal and external stakeholders.
