Nexus Global Operator (NGO), the premier joint venture between PayNet and NETS, is seeking a visionary Head of Technology Operations to lead our cross-border payment infrastructure. Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the overarching technology operations strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and international fintech standards.
- Lead and mentor multi-disciplinary engineering and operations teams to maintain 99.99% system uptime and high availability.
- Manage end-to-end incident response, disaster recovery protocols, and crisis management for mission-critical payment services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at PayNet and NETS to deliver seamless cross-border technical integrations.
- Implement rigorous IT governance, compliance frameworks, and cybersecurity protocols to protect transactional integrity.
- Manage the technology budget, capacity planning, and vendor relationships to ensure optimal ROI on technical investments.
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, DevOps culture, and performance optimization of legacy and cloud-native systems.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity within the fintech or banking sector.
- Deep understanding of high-volume payment processing, settlement systems, and cross-border financial architectures.
- Proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation projects and infrastructure migrations.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements within the financial industry (e.g., PCI-DSS, ISO 27001).
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical challenges to non-technical executive boards.
