Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end IT operations including infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization
- Develop and execute cybersecurity strategies to protect digital assets and ensure regulatory compliance
- Lead technology support services with SLA-driven incident management and continuous improvement initiatives
- Drive technology roadmap alignment with business priorities through vendor management and solution architecture
- Build and mentor high-performing technical teams fostering innovation and operational excellence

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT Management, or related technical field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 10 years progressive IT operations experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven expertise in cybersecurity frameworks, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise system management
- Strong technical background in network architecture, database administration, and DevOps practices
- Certifications such as CISSP, ITIL, or PMP with demonstrable project leadership experience
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with track record of optimizing complex technology environments
