Morgan McKinley is seeking an experienced and business-oriented Head of Technology Risk to lead our regional technology governance and risk management initiatives. In this senior leadership role, you will be responsible for shaping the technology risk strategy, ensuring that our digital infrastructure remains resilient against evolving threats while supporting business growth. You will act as a strategic advisor to executive leadership, bridging the gap between technical teams and business objectives to maintain the highest standards of compliance and security.
As a key stakeholder, you will oversee the identification, assessment, and mitigation of critical technology risks, including cybersecurity threats, data privacy issues, and IT operational risks. You will champion a risk-aware culture across the organization and drive the implementation of robust frameworks to protect our digital assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Technology Risk management strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead the identification, assessment, and remediation of technology risks across the regional portfolio.
- Oversee cybersecurity governance, ensuring compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, PDPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk controls into the software development lifecycle.
- Represent the organization in external audits, regulatory reviews, and internal compliance checks.
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of risk professionals and analysts.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven track record as a Head of Technology Risk or equivalent senior leadership position.
- Extensive experience in IT risk management, cybersecurity, and IT audit methodologies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial or corporate sector.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to influence senior leadership.
- Professional certifications such as CRISC, CISM, or CISSP are highly desirable.
