Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive telesales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to ensure peak performance and retention.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvements.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead conversion and high-quality customer engagement.
- Conduct regular sales training, role-playing sessions, and performance reviews to foster continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and sales workflows.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and quality assurance within the call center operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a telesales leadership or managerial role within a BPO or call center environment.
- Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas and KPIs.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Deep understanding of telesales best practices, CRM software, and lead management tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive team culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
