Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive telesales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of telesales representatives to ensure peak performance and retention.
  • Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales metrics to identify performance gaps and implement actionable improvements.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline, ensuring consistent lead conversion and high-quality customer engagement.
  • Conduct regular sales training, role-playing sessions, and performance reviews to foster continuous professional development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead quality and sales workflows.
  • Maintain high standards of compliance and quality assurance within the call center operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a telesales leadership or managerial role within a BPO or call center environment.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet and exceed aggressive sales quotas and KPIs.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
  • Deep understanding of telesales best practices, CRM software, and lead management tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive team culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
