APP Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Water Treatment Plant to oversee critical water processing operations at our Perawang facility in Riau. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence, safety, and regulatory compliance of our water treatment infrastructure.
The successful candidate will manage a multidisciplinary team, optimize treatment processes to maximize efficiency, and implement sustainable practices that align with our global environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and manage the daily operations of the water treatment plant, ensuring consistent output quality and volume.
- Develop and execute comprehensive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend asset lifecycles.
- Ensure full compliance with local environmental regulations and internal corporate safety standards.
- Optimize chemical usage, energy consumption, and overall plant efficiency through data-driven process improvements.
- Oversee the preparation and management of departmental budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX forecasting.
- Monitor and analyze water quality indicators, implementing corrective actions when necessary to meet technical specifications.
- Lead safety audits and foster a culture of 'Safety First' among all plant personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate water treatment processes with broader production requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in industrial water treatment plant operations, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or management capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of water filtration, reverse osmosis, chemical dosing, and wastewater management technologies.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale infrastructure and industrial plant environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues under pressure.
- Excellent leadership abilities, including experience in stakeholder management and team development.
- Proficiency in industrial automation (SCADA/PLC) and maintenance management systems.
- Fluent in Indonesian and proficient in English for reporting and technical documentation purposes.
