We are seeking an experienced Head of Workshop to lead our branch workshop operations in Sandakan, Sabah. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily workshop activities, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive workshop management, with a proven track record of leading teams and implementing effective strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational performance.
In this role, you will be expected to develop and maintain robust reporting systems, track KPIs effectively, and create comprehensive service plans aligned with company objectives. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer support, managing workshop budgets, and fostering the professional development of your team members. Your leadership and strategic vision will be instrumental in establishing our workshop as a center of excellence in the automotive service industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily workshop operations, including service scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control
- Develop and implement effective reporting systems to monitor KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create comprehensive service plans aligned with company objectives and customer needs
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Manage workshop budgets, including cost control and financial reporting
- Foster leadership development and professional growth of workshop staff
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in automotive workshop management
- Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and equipment
- Excellent budgeting, financial management, and reporting skills
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Experience with workshop management software and digital tools
