- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Lead, train, and motivate outlet teams to achieve performance targets and service excellence
- Implement and maintain inventory management systems for optimal stock control
- Generate accurate operational, HR, and financial reports for strategic decision-making
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Develop and implement staff training programs for service quality improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Retail, or related field
- Minimum 3 years in retail/service leadership roles
- Proven experience in team management and staff development
- Strong analytical skills for financial and operational reporting
- Expertise in inventory control and stock management systems
- Exceptional communication and customer service abilities
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) and inventory software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
