Tanggung Jawab
- Develop innovative and seasonal pastry menus that align with brand standards and customer preferences.
- Lead, train, and motivate the pastry kitchen team to achieve operational excellence and high morale.
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including inventory management, procurement, and strict cost control.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality checks on all pastry products and presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pastry arts, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Formal culinary education or Pastry Chef Diploma is preferred.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design visually stunning and delicious desserts.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and baking techniques.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
