- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of sales and marketing professionals to achieve targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance of marketing campaigns and sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Enhance brand visibility and lead generation through integrated digital and traditional marketing channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive operations and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in sales and marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong strategic planning, organizational, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and digital marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
- Valid professional tax ID (PAG-IBIG, SSS, PhilHealth) in the Philippines.
