Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve property sales targets and revenue goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance and foster professional growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities
- Oversee the entire sales pipeline from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years in property sales with 3+ years in leadership/management roles
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in real estate or property development
- Deep understanding of Makassar's property market dynamics and regulatory landscape
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in sales forecasting and pipeline management
- Proficiency in CRM systems and sales automation tools
