Tanggung Jawab
- Define and execute the long-term strategy for enterprise systems development, ensuring alignment with MIESCOR’s overall business goals.
- Lead and mentor the solutions development team, fostering a culture of innovation, performance, and continuous learning.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Champion process automation and digital transformation efforts to drive efficiency across various business units.
- Manage relationships with external technology vendors and service providers to ensure quality delivery and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to identify pain points and develop technical solutions that improve operational performance.
- Maintain high standards of software development, security compliance, and architecture governance within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT leadership, systems development, or technical project management.
- Proven track record in managing enterprise-level software development lifecycles (SDLC) and complex IT infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of process automation tools, system integration, and emerging technology trends.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing large cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior management.
