Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and SOPs.
- Manage, motivate, and train store staff to drive sales and enhance customer service quality.
- Develop and implement local store marketing strategies to increase foot traffic and revenue.
- Maintain optimal inventory levels, oversee stock taking, and manage product displays.
- Monitor sales performance reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Manage store expenses and petty cash to ensure profitability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment for both customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer goods or electronics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed.
