Bintang International is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Head Store to lead our branch operations in Makassar. As the Head Store, you will be the backbone of our retail success, responsible for overseeing daily store activities, driving sales growth, and ensuring a premium customer service experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily retail operations to ensure seamless store performance.
- Drive store sales growth and achieve monthly/annual revenue targets.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, stock accuracy, and display aesthetics.
- Lead, train, and mentor store staff to maintain high service standards and productivity.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and conflict resolution effectively.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on store performance, sales metrics, and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in retail management or as a Store Manager.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
- Proven ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
