- Oversee the elementary curriculum implementation and ensure seamless alignment with DepEd standards.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of elementary school teachers to enhance instructional effectiveness and professional growth.
- Develop and implement school improvement plans focused on student achievement, well-being, and holistic development.
- Conduct regular classroom observations, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate impactful professional development workshops.
- Manage daily school operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and student discipline management.
- Collaborate with parents, community stakeholders, and the school administration to foster a positive, inclusive school culture.
- Analyze student performance data to identify learning gaps, track progress, and drive data-informed instructional decisions.
- Ensure strict compliance with all applicable educational laws, regulations, and safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a qualified Head Teacher IV or possess an equivalent leadership title with demonstrable experience.
- Master's Degree in Education, Educational Management, or a related field (Ph.D. or Ed.D. is a distinct advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or administrative role in an elementary school setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the K to 12 curriculum, pedagogical approaches, and relevant DepEd Orders and Memoranda.
- Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Civil Service Eligibility (Professional) and valid RA 1080 (LET) holder are required.
- Willingness to work full-time onsite in the Bicol Region.
