Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations and administration of the school to ensure an efficient learning environment.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of teaching staff and faculty members.
- Develop and implement the school curriculum in strict accordance with DepEd and Civil Service requirements.
- Manage school resources, including budget preparation, inventory, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure the welfare and safety of students through proactive disciplinary and pastoral care measures.
- Coordinate with parents, local government units, and other stakeholders to enhance community engagement.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and professional development workshops to improve instructional quality.
- Prepare annual reports and monitor academic performance indicators to ensure institutional goals are met.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education or a related field (Major in Education).
- Passed the Licensure Exam for Teachers (LET).
- Civil Service Commission (CSC) Professional Eligibility (or eligibility appropriate for the position).
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of teaching experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or administrative capacity.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and curriculum development.
- Deep understanding of Philippine educational laws, policies, and best practices.
