Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor front-of-house staff during peak service periods
- Manage table reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow
- Ensure adherence to service standards and hygiene protocols
- Train new staff on beverage knowledge, menu items, and service etiquette
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless operations
- Monitor inventory levels for front-of-house supplies
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments
- Proven leadership experience in supervisory or management roles
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with POS systems and reservation software
