Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless dining experiences for all guests.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior waitstaff to foster team growth and service consistency.
- Manage table assignments and monitor the flow of service during peak hours.
- Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure repeat business.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and accurate communication of special requests.
- Monitor inventory levels of table essentials and coordinate with management for restocking.
- Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation standards within the dining area.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fine dining or busy trattoria environment.
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- A deep understanding of high-end service etiquette and menu knowledge.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional grooming and a welcoming, guest-oriented attitude.
