Fresca Trattoria Inc. is looking for a dedicated and charismatic Head Waiter/Waitress to join our team in the heart of Makati City. As the face of our dining room, you will not only provide top-tier service but also lead by example, ensuring that every guest experiences the authentic warmth and culinary excellence we are known for.

In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service. You will guide our waitstaff, oversee table management, and resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily floor operations to ensure seamless dining experiences for all guests.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior waitstaff to foster team growth and service consistency.
  • Manage table assignments and monitor the flow of service during peak hours.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally to ensure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and accurate communication of special requests.
  • Monitor inventory levels of table essentials and coordinate with management for restocking.
  • Uphold strict health, safety, and sanitation standards within the dining area.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fine dining or busy trattoria environment.
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
  • A deep understanding of high-end service etiquette and menu knowledge.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional grooming and a welcoming, guest-oriented attitude.
