You will manage the entire service flow, coordinate with the kitchen and serving staff, and ensure all packaging meets our high standards of quality. Beyond service, you will take on a leadership role by mentoring junior staff and generating essential operational reports. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of catering services to ensure smooth execution.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the waiting staff during events.
- Manage the packing process to ensure all orders are secure and ready for delivery.
- Train and mentor new waiters to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any service issues immediately.
- Prepare and submit daily service reports to management.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in catering or hospitality service.
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
