Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in international schools
- Proven expertise in implementing international curricula (IB, Cambridge, etc.)
- Strong financial management and strategic planning capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English; multilingual skills highly valued
- Valid teaching certification and administrative credentials
