Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and oversee high-quality preschool curricula that align with modern early childhood education standards.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure pedagogical consistency and professional growth.
- Manage day-to-day school operations, including health and safety protocols, facility maintenance, and resource management.
- Cultivate strong, transparent, and proactive communication channels with parents and guardians to build a collaborative school community.
- Oversee student enrollment processes, marketing efforts, and the overall school reputation within the local community.
- Ensure full compliance with all local educational regulations and internal Seven Retail Group quality policies.
- Monitor student development and provide guidance to teachers regarding individual learning support plans.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational leadership or management role, preferably within a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and age-appropriate learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead diverse teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Proven ability to manage school operations, including budgeting and resource allocation.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred to facilitate communication with all community members.
- Demonstrated commitment to child safeguarding and educational safety standards.
