Join SVR Technologies Philippines as a Health and Safety Officer and become a guardian of workplace wellbeing. In this critical role, you'll design, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety protocols that protect employees from occupational hazards while ensuring regulatory compliance. You'll conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and develop emergency response plans to foster a culture of proactive safety. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and leadership to drive continuous improvement in safety standards across our ICT operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain workplace safety programs aligned with OSHA and ISO 45001 standards
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and environmental incidents
- Deliver safety training programs for employees and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations
- Implement corrective actions and track safety KPIs
- Coordinate emergency response drills and safety committees
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in occupational health and safety
- Professional certification (e.g., CSP, OSHC) preferred
- Strong knowledge of Philippine safety regulations (DOLE) and international standards
- Experience with incident investigation and root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proficiency in safety management systems (SMS)
