Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary point of contact for iCare members regarding their healthcare coverage and medical availments.
- Verify member eligibility and explain benefits clearly and accurately.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and clinics to facilitate smooth service delivery for our members.
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Document all member interactions accurately in the internal CRM system.
- Resolve member complaints or escalations promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and member retention strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably Nursing, Physical Therapy, or related Health/Allied Science courses.
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Customer Service, preferably within the HMO, BPO, or Healthcare industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- A proactive mindset with a strong focus on empathy and member care.
- Ability to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
