Dwi Cermat Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and experienced Health Insurance Claim Head to lead our Employee Benefit Insurance After Sale team. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the Employee Benefit Insurance After Sale team, including Data and Claim departments
- Oversee end-to-end health insurance claim processing to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
- Develop and implement claim processing policies, procedures, and quality assurance standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers, healthcare facilities, and key stakeholders
- Analyze claim data and identify trends to drive improvement opportunities and cost optimization
- Ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies at all times
- Mentor, train, and develop team members to achieve performance targets and career growth
- Handle escalated claims issues promptly and provide effective resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years experience in health insurance claim management or a similar leadership role
- Proven track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams in insurance operations
- In-depth knowledge of health insurance products, claim processing systems, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluent in both English and Indonesian (written and verbal)
