In this role, you will report directly to the Samarinda PoSS Head and take charge of managing client accounts, promoting our comprehensive insurance solutions, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and offering tailored insurance products including property, marine, casualty, and motor insurance. You will also collaborate with internal teams to facilitate claims processing and policy renewals, while staying updated on market trends and competitor offerings.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts in the Samarinda area
  • Promote and sell general insurance products to new and existing clients
  • Prepare regular reports and documentation for client activities and sales performance
  • Coordinate with internal departments for claims processing and policy administration
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits as needed
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor market developments and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in insurance sales or account management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of general insurance products and regulations
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel within Samarinda and surrounding areas
