Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Motor Vehicle and Household Equipment (MV & HE) insurance claims from initial notification to final settlement.
- Conduct thorough investigations and evaluations to determine policy coverage and liability for loss or damage.
- Coordinate with external surveyors, loss adjusters, and authorized repair workshops to facilitate accurate assessments.
- Prepare detailed claims reports and maintain comprehensive documentation in the claims management system.
- Negotiate settlements with policyholders, third parties, and service providers in accordance with company policies and guidelines.
- Ensure all claims handling processes comply with industry regulations, internal standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and escalate potential fraudulent claims to the relevant investigation teams.
- Collaborate with underwriting and customer service departments to improve processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major from a reputable university. Preference for degrees in Law, Business Administration, or Insurance.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience handling motor vehicle and/or household equipment claims in the general insurance industry.
- Strong understanding of general insurance principles, policy wordings, and the local Indonesian insurance regulatory framework.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with claims management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of claims efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive and confidential information.
