Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and acquire new clients in Dagupan City and the surrounding areas to introduce AXA’s full suite of health, investment, and non-life insurance products.
- Conduct comprehensive financial needs assessments to recommend personalized solutions that protect and grow clients' assets.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships to ensure high retention and generate valuable referrals.
- Meet and exceed individual monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Attend mandatory training, licensing sessions, and regular team meetings to stay current on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Manage your schedule effectively to balance client appointments, administrative tasks, and personal commitments.
- Adhere strictly to industry regulations and AXA's high standards of ethical sales practices.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate of any 4-year course. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Currently resides in or is willing to relocate to Dagupan City, Pangasinan.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Filipino.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and possesses a hunger for unlimited income.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a part-time capacity.
- Must be willing to obtain the required insurance license (pre-licensing training provided by AXA).
- Strong network within the Dagupan/Pangasinan community is a distinct advantage.
