CMA CGM, a world leader in shipping and logistics, is seeking a proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Specialist to join our Singapore operations. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to operational excellence, ensuring that our warehouse and in-plant sites meet the highest global standards for safety and environmental sustainability.
You will work closely with the regional QHSE team to implement safety protocols, foster a culture of prevention, and ensure full compliance with Singapore's workplace safety regulations. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and enforce daily HSE compliance across designated warehouse and in-plant locations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify and mitigate operational hazards.
- Lead safety induction and training programs for all new employees and onsite contractors.
- Manage incident reporting, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with the QHSE Manager to ensure adherence to ISO certifications and local regulatory requirements.
- Support emergency response planning and organize routine evacuation drills.
- Prepare comprehensive HSE performance reports and safety metrics for leadership review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role within the logistics, transport, or manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and environmental regulations.
- Certification in WSH (e.g., Advanced Certificate in WSH) is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies (HIRARC) and incident investigation techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HSE management software tools.
