Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in implementing and monitoring health and safety programs across manufacturing facilities
- Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
- Support compliance tracking for local environmental regulations and internal safety standards
- Prepare HSE documentation including incident reports, training materials, and audit records
- Participate in emergency response drills and safety committee meetings
- Monitor environmental performance metrics and assist in sustainability initiatives
- Contribute to employee safety training programs and awareness campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Basic knowledge of OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001 and environmental management systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Excellent communication abilities for training and reporting purposes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in team environments
- Passion for safety culture and environmental sustainability initiatives
