Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies across all operational sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments for facilities and projects
- Develop and deliver comprehensive HSE training programs for employees and contractors
- Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near misses with corrective action plans
- Implement and monitor environmental sustainability initiatives and waste management systems
- Prepare and maintain accurate HSE documentation, reports, and statistical data
- Coordinate emergency response drills and ensure preparedness for potential incidents
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE roles within engineering or facility management
- Certification in HSE management (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations and international standards
- Excellent analytical skills for risk assessment and incident investigation
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective safety training programs
- Experience with HSE management systems and reporting software
- Strong communication skills with ability to train diverse audiences
