In this pivotal role, you'll lead our site's technical health, safety, and security strategy through engineering precision and proactive risk management. You'll develop comprehensive HS&S frameworks, conduct rigorous site inspections, and implement cutting-edge safety protocols that align with both local regulations and international best practices.
Your expertise will drive our zero-incident culture by designing engineering controls, managing security systems, and leading emergency response initiatives. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, and security programs compliant with OSHA, DOLE, and ISO standards
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and incident investigations with actionable corrective measures
- Lead engineering safety initiatives including machinery guarding, process safety management, and hazard control systems
- Manage physical security protocols including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response planning
- Deliver targeted safety training programs for technical and operational personnel
- Oversee regulatory compliance reporting and maintain HS&S documentation systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate safety-by-design principles into new projects
- Drive continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and safety culture initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Safety, or Environmental Science with 5+ years' experience
- Professional certifications (CSP, CHST, or OSHA 30-hour preferred)
- Proven expertise in manufacturing/HS&E regulatory frameworks
- Advanced knowledge of engineering controls and risk assessment methodologies
- Strong incident investigation and root cause analysis skills
- Experience with safety management systems (SMS) and digital reporting tools
- Excellent leadership abilities with cross-functional team management experience
- Proficiency in security management protocols and emergency response planning
