Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety plans to minimize workplace hazards and ensure OSHS compliance.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential risks and enforce company safety standards.
- Lead incident investigations, identify root causes, and provide detailed reports with actionable corrective measures.
- Facilitate safety orientation and specialized training sessions for employees, contractors, and visitors.
- Manage and maintain all HSE-related documentation, safety permits, and certification records for regulatory review.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to integrate safety measures into project designs and workflows.
- Monitor the distribution, maintenance, and proper usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Serve as the primary liaison for government regulatory bodies (DOLE/BFP) during inspections and reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
- Must be a Registered Professional Engineer (PRC License holder).
- Certified Safety Officer 3 (SO3) or SO4 with valid BOSH or COSH certifications.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of solid experience in safety engineering or HSE management.
- In-depth knowledge of Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) and local labor laws in the Philippines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting and lead-training facilitation.
- Willingness to work in Makati City under a contract/temporary engagement.
