Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with local laws and international standards (e.g., OSHA/DOLE).
- Lead and manage investigations into accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of safety training programs, including induction training for new hires and specialized workshops for staff.
- Manage emergency preparedness, including the development of emergency response plans and conducting drills.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and external consultants to maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes.
- Monitor environmental impact and implement measures to reduce waste and ensure sustainable operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
- Certification in NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics, or Industrial sector.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) management systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to interpret technical safety data and translate it into actionable strategies.
