Asia Chemical Industry is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety, & Environmental (HSE) Staff to join our dynamic team in Cikande, Banten. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. You will be responsible for implementing K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) protocols, monitoring industrial compliance, and fostering a safety-first culture across our chemical production facility.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental engineering or safety management, ensuring all operational activities adhere to both government regulations and internal corporate standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Implement and monitor all K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) policies and procedures within the factory environment.
- Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify and mitigate workplace hazards.
- Manage environmental compliance, including waste management, water treatment monitoring, and air emission controls.
- Lead safety training sessions and emergency drills (fire, chemical spills, first aid) for employees and contractors.
- Maintain comprehensive HSE documentation, including accident reports, permit-to-work systems, and regulatory filings.
- Collaborate with department heads to resolve safety non-conformities and improve operational safety protocols.
- Ensure all chemical handling, storage, and disposal processes meet industry safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Public Health (K3), or a related technical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably within a chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Certified in K3 Umum (General OHS) is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian environmental and labor safety regulations.
- Proficiency in risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and maintain high integrity.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical reports and safety data.
